9. Services Description

Digital Invent provides software development, e-commerce solutions, and digital strategy consulting services. Services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon between Digital Invent and the client.

• Service scope and deliverables will be defined in a formal project agreement
• Timelines and pricing will be communicated prior to project commencement
• Any changes to scope must be documented and agreed upon in writing
• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Digital Invent retains all intellectual property rights to methodologies, tools, and documentation developed during projects. Client-specific customizations and deliverables will be owned by the client as specified in the project agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, in no event shall Digital Invent be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Digital Invent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
